The Portuguese traditional Montanhês fresh cheese, made with pure pasteurized cow's milk. It has a soft texture and taste. Ideal for entries, salads, it can also be used with sweet desserts like fruit jams or honey. Its an important part in a natural and healthy diet.
The traditional fresh cheese has a shelf life up to 8 days and is distinguished by its high content of protein, calcium, phosphorus and vitamins A, B and D.
